Have you ever experienced a time, when deadlines were put on someone close to you and they in return, put that same pressure on you? Did you start running around like a chicken with its head cut off, trying to make it happen? Why, because the person is important to you not the assignment they were given.

It’s important to keep your life as stress free as possible. Most of all, it’s important that your life speaks in a positive and loving way. When you know better, you do better. That brings the beauty and importance, which is in you to the forefront. You are important and the expression of who you are should be revealed in what you think, say, and do.

Have you ever heard someone speak this quote: “I wish I was like…”. What did they just do? They devalued who they were and their importance. They didn’t see the wonderful gift they are because they focused on the bad in their life. Can you see one area in your life that is important? Develop that area and value yourself. Your life is speaking all the time, make it important to others.
